🇵🇱 Poland Tourist Visa (Schengen Type C)

🕒 Overview

• Purpose: Tourism, business, family/friend visit, or short-term stay

• Maximum Stay Duration: Up to 90 days within a 180-day period

• Visa Validity: Up to 180 days

• Processing Time: Approximately 15 calendar days (may extend up to 45 days in individual cases)

💰 Visa Fees (Payable in INR / Euro)

Payment Methods:

• Payable via cash or card at the VFS Global Visa Application Centre.

• Fees are based on the current exchange rate set by the Embassy of Poland and are subject to change without prior notice.

Note: All visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the decision outcome.

🧾 VFS Service Charges (India)

Payment Options:

• Payable in cash or by card at the VFS Visa Application Centre.

• If courier service is not availed during submission, it can later be booked by emailing vasinfo@vfshelpline.com (payment link valid for 24 hours).

Applicants can reschedule a confirmed appointment once, subject to slot availability.
The service fee is non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed.

🆓 Visa Fee Exemptions

Visa fee is waived for the following categories:

• Children under 6 years

• School pupils, students, postgraduates, and accompanying teachers travelling for study or educational training

• Researchers from third countries travelling for scientific research (as per EU Recommendation 2005/761/EC)

• Representatives of non-profit organisations aged 25 years or below, attending cultural, educational, sports, or conference events organised by non-profits

• Family members of EU, EFTA, or Swiss nationals, as per EU free movement regulations
