General Requirements

• Completed and signed Türkiye Visa Application Form

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond intended stay; 2 blank pages)

• Recent photographs (as per photo specifications)

• Undertaking Letter (mandatory for all applicants aged 18 years and above)

• Travel itinerary – confirmed flight booking and hotel reservations

• Proof of financial means – bank statements, salary slips, or sponsor letter

• Travel insurance covering the entire stay in Türkiye

• Supporting documents as per jurisdiction-specific checklist (available on VFS Türkiye website)

Additional Requirements (Business Visa)

• Official invitation letter from a company in Türkiye

• Cover letter from Indian company specifying purpose of visit

• Proof of business registration or GST certificate

• Undertaking Letter: Must be completed and signed by all applicants aged 18 years and above (in original).

• Jurisdiction Rule: Strictly enforced – apply only under your valid residence/work region.

• Group vs Individual Applications: Processing timelines differ; apply well in advance.

• VIP Applications: Submissions made within 7–9 working days before travel are processed as VIP and may require additional verification.

• Entry to Türkiye: Final approval is determined by immigration officers at the port of entry, who may request supporting documents.
